Are all your fragrances authentic?

Absolutely. Every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorised distributors and luxury perfume houses. We guarantee the authenticity of every product. No exceptions.

How do I choose the right fragrance?

Each product page includes detailed scent notes (top, heart, and base) to help you choose. If you’re unsure, browse by scent category or contact our team for personalised recommendations based on your preferences.

What is the difference between EDP and EDT?

Eau de Parfum (EDP) has a higher concentration of fragrance oils (15–20%), making it longer-lasting — typically 6–8 hours. Eau de Toilette (EDT) has a lighter concentration (5–15%) and lasts around 3–5 hours. EDP is ideal for evening wear, while EDT is great for everyday use.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, sealed products in their original packaging. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.

How do I request a refund?

Contact our customer service team via the Contact Us page with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
