Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Zones & Timelines

We ship from Vilnius, Lithuania. Estimated delivery times are counted from the dispatch date and are provided as a guide only.

Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak periods.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €75 shipped within the European Union.

For orders outside the EU (United States, Asia, Africa, and the Americas), shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order.

Fragrance Shipping Notice

Perfumes and eau de parfum contain alcohol and are classified as flammable liquids (UN1266). As a result, they cannot be transported by passenger aircraft and must travel by road or cargo-only routes.

This is the main reason for estimated delivery windows — all shipments are handled by ground or dedicated freight services to ensure safe and compliant transport.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking link is sent to your email address once your parcel is collected by the carrier. You can also track your order from the order history in your account.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@fragrify.com.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please read the eligibility criteria below before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be completely unopened and in their original packaging, with all seals and wrapping intact.
  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after receipt are not eligible for return.

How to Return

  1. Email us at info@fragrify.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will confirm your return request within 1–2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and purchase a return shipping label from a carrier of your choice.
  4. Send the parcel to the return address provided in our confirmation email and share the tracking number with us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged goods).
